Recap: Silpada’s 2014 Leadership Conference in Atlanta

They say Atlanta is the home of hospitality and, here at Silpada, we couldn’t agree more! Last week, more than 500 of our sterling girls were treated just like Southern belles at our first North American Leadership Conference! We brought together Silpada leaders from both the United States and Canada to experience our world-class training and some seriously stylish events, making Leadership the perfect place to learn, lead and live it up! In case you missed it…read on for a recap of this Silpada-ish event at Hyatt Regency Atlanta

New Jewelry Preview

Much like the classic Hollywood film “Gone with the Wind,” our reps felt like Scarlett O’Hara at our Southern-inspired New Jewelry Preview! The event was complete with quintessential Southern fare (think fried chicken and grits) and, of course, the unveiling of the 2014 Spring/Summer catalog! Also, our “commanders in chic,” Silpada Co-Presidents Kelsey Perry and Ryane Delka, broadcast the event live via our LiveStream channel! But don’t worry: If you missed it, you can watch it again here.

Georgia Aquarium Gala

Known for its alluring atmosphere and exquisite settings, the Georgia Aquarium featured a breathtaking ocean ballroom, making it a stylish spot for our Leadership Gala! Our reps were treated like Southern royalty as they danced the night away, dined on Wolfgang Puck cuisine and even enjoyed an exclusive aerialist performance!

General Sessions

At Leadership our girls know how to play hard, but they work hard, too! During our general sessions we got down to business and made some exciting and informative announcements such as technology and website enhancements, a partnership with Red Stamp, new and updated training materials, upcoming plans for a Swipe ’n Store Payments program, and a new “Picture Me in Paris” incentive trip.

One of the most exciting surprises, though, was when our very own Co-Presidents Kelsey Perry and Ryane Delka announced plans for the K & R Collection, a fabulous extension of Silpada’s jewelry line. The collection’s fashion-forward design will attract new customers and representatives—introducing Silpada to even more fashionistas! These new designs will debut in July at National Conference 2014!
