Great Blog. The cupcakes sound fabulous, however, I’m dieting so they will have to wait. But I will make them eventually.

This comment comes to you from a 100% Italian Silpada Sista.
I would like to leave you a recipe for stuffed Artichokes.
    4 Artichokes
    Combine all the following:
    4 cups Italian bread crumbs
    1 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
    Fresh parsley chopped 1/4 cup
    3 minced garlic cloves
    2 bts olive oil
Rinse and trim artichoke. Cut points off and peel open artichoke a bit so you can stuff the bread crumb mixture into leaves.
Put artichokes standing up in 3 quart pot with 1.5 cups of boiling water salted and a bit of olive oil in water. Boil artichokes until leaves are easy to pull out of the artichoke. Always check water level of boiling pot. It should take about 45 min. to cook’

Great idea to host a party with wine bottle candles and tiramisu cupcakes to showcase Silpada Italian made pieces. I absolutely love the Bella Necklace because I can pair it with so many of my other pieces of Silpada jewelry.
